Vintage silver plated bottle sleeve with Arabesque scrolling lattice design, A. Segal

Beautiful vintage silver plated bottle sleeve / holder with an ornate openwork lattice midsection of Arabesque scrolls with beaded accents.

The holder has a glass bottle inside, but the base can be unscrewed to replace the bottle.

Unmarked, but identical examples have been found with the mark of A. Segal.
