Shipping rates
Delivery is free within the UK. For Europe and the rest of the world, shipping is calculated by weight rather than a flat rate — antiques vary enormously, from a small brooch to a pair of monumental candlesticks, so a single price wouldn't be fair to you. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

A small number of larger or particularly delicate pieces are priced individually to reflect their size or fragility — this will always be clear on the product page before you check out.
Need it in a hurry? UK Next Day delivery is available at checkout from £10, fully tracked and signed for.
Import duties: for orders outside the UK, your country may charge import duty or tax on arrival — this isn't included in your order total and is collected by the courier or your local customs office. We're not able to predict this cost, as it varies by destination.
Shipping times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Within the UK, your item is sent via Royal Mail 48, arriving within 2 days of dispatch. Internationally, we use Royal Mail Tracked, which usually takes 5–7 working days to Europe and up to 2 weeks to the rest of the world. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
Lost parcel? Don't worry
All parcels are fully tracked and insured. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, get in touch with your tracking number and we'll chase it up.
Returns
Changed your mind? It happens — even to us, and we buy this stuff for a living. You can return anything within 28 days of it arriving. Just let us know within the first 14 days, then you'll have a further 14 to get it back to us.
Every piece we sell has already lived a full life before it met you, so no two are quite the same — that's rather the point. We describe condition as honestly as we can on each product page, scratches, dents and all the small signs of age included. If something arrives and it isn't what we promised, tell us and we'll sort it, no drama.
To start a return, email info@ritasbazaar.co.uk with your order number in the subject line, and send the piece back exactly as it left us.
Shipping costs for returns
Getting it back to us is on you. If you're within your statutory cooling-off window, we'll refund what standard delivery cost you along with the item itself — just not the return postage, which is the one bit we can't take back.
Refunds
Once your return lands with us, we'll give it a once-over and let you know it's arrived safely. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days depending on how quickly your bank likes to move.
