About us
Rita's Bazaar is operated by Three Geese Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading from ritasbazaar.co.uk. Rita's Bazaar itself has been sourcing and selling British, European, and Asian decorative antiques since 2013; Three Geese Ltd was incorporated in 2020 to formalise the business.
Using this site
By browsing or buying from ritasbazaar.co.uk, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time as the business grows, and the version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
Products and descriptions
Every item we sell is an antique or vintage piece, and dating, attributing, and describing them is a matter of expertise and careful judgement rather than exact science. We do our best to give accurate ages, makers, and provenance based on our experience, but these should be treated as informed opinion rather than certified fact, and are always given in good faith. Colours may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting and screen settings, and given the handmade or aged nature of these pieces, minor variations in size, weight, or finish are normal and not a fault.
Because each piece is one of a kind, stock is limited to what's shown as available. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing errors, and to cancel an order in the rare case a piece is no longer available, with a full refund.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.
Orders and acceptance
An order is a request to buy, not a guaranteed sale, until we confirm it. We'll always let you know promptly if there's an issue fulfilling an order.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the item passes to you once it's delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Intellectual property
All text, photography, and content on this site belongs to Three Geese Ltd unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without our permission.
Limitation of liability
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products, beyond what's required by UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
