This paperweight leans on scale and colour rather than any internal decorative technique, no millefiori canes or trapped bubbles here, just a solid mass of sea-green glass worked into a bell shape that's unusual within the paperweight tradition. Most paperweights of this period stuck to a simple dome or cube, so the bell form alone makes this a bit of an outlier.
It's large and heavy in the hand, the kind of weight that comes from real density of glass rather than a hollow or lightweight construction, and the colour has enough depth to shift slightly depending on the light source, from a cooler blue-green to a warmer, more olive tone.

Good vintage condition. Three small chips to base and deep scratches to the underside of the top; few light scratches to body.
