Art Deco large sterling silver tea strainer with bowl stand and pierced handle

Large Art Deco sterling silver tea strainer with matching bowl stand. The bowl is of circular form and embossed with a ribbed girdle. The strainer is very ornate with a pierced openwork handle that depicts a scrolling and floral design. Very impressive and heavy set that will add elegance to any afternoon tea!

Made by Viner's Ltd (Emile Viner) and fully hallmarked for Sheffield, 1939.
