Art Deco German sterling silver and marcasite baby deer brooch

Sweet little brooch in the shape of a baby deer. Made of sterling silver, this fawn is decorated all over with marcasite stones. Made in Germany, c. 1930’s, when there was a great fashion for novelty animal-shaped jewellery.

Great vintage condition. Some of the marcasite stones on the back leg are a bit chipped.
