This three-piece set, teapot, two-handled sugar bowl, and milk jug, brings together two decorative movements that don't usually turn up on the same piece: Rococo Revival's dense, curling ornament and Aestheticism's cleaner, more considered forms. Each piece is hand-chased with scrollwork, stylised foliage, and geometric borders, giving the surfaces real texture without tipping fully into the busier extremes Rococo Revival can sometimes reach for.
The teapot leads with a curving spout, a cast handle finished with a shell motif, and a hinged lid topped with a turned walnut finial, wood against metal being a small but effective bit of material contrast. The sugar bowl and jug pick up the same visual language, twin handles on the sugar, a flared spout on the jug, so the set reads as a coherent trio rather than three separately designed pieces pushed together. All three carry two vacant cartouches each, left blank for a monogram or inscription, which makes the whole set a solid choice as a gift, ready to be made personal before it changes hands.

Condition notes
Excellent antique condition. Interiors are exceptionally clean and the engravings remain crisp and detailed. Minor wear to the silver plating consistent with gentle use and age. The base of the teapot handle shows a slight push into the body, and the teapot lid has minor pushing near the hinge, neither affecting stability or function.
