Beautiful Victorian KPM Porcelain small shallow pin dish bowl / plaque, hand-painted to depict a young lady dressed in a feather hat in Victorian fashion. Very detailed and lovely portrait against a maroon brown background.

Made in Germany, c. 1870's.
