Opalite is glass made to look like moonstone — it's got that same soft glow to it, shifting from blue to pink depending on the angle. These ear clips build the stone into a layered flower shape, petals stacked so it has some real depth rather than sitting flat. Gold plating keeps a low profile around the edges, letting the opalite do most of the talking.
The clip fittings are worth a mention too: comfortable rather than pinching, which isn't always a given with vintage clip earrings.
