1890’s Art Nouveau oblong trinket dish embossed with foliage and women's faces

Exquisite antique silver plated vide poche tray decorated in highly stylized Art Nouveau style. Of oblong fluted body, the dish is pierced and embossed with flowers, berries and leaves. On both sides of the dish there are faces of young women with long flowing hair.

Good antique condition. Some wear to silvering commensurate with age; small dings along the very rim of the border; the central medallion has soldering on reverse.
