Edwardian Royal Doulton “Rosalind” porcelain cabinet plate; Shakespeare series ware 1912-1928
Early 20th century Royal Doulton porcelain cabinet plate from their Shakespearean Series Ware which was produced from 1912 to 1928. The plate portrays Rosalind in a forest setting. Beautiful pale yellow and blue ground, with Rosalind painted in earthy warm red and green colours.
