Thank you for shopping at Rita's Bazaar, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return you may do so within 28 days of the purchase. Please note, returns numbers must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return unsuitable items.

You have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return. Please do this by emailing info@ritasbazaar.co.uk with your order number in the subject line.

Please note that all returns should be sent back in the same condition that you received it. You will be notified by email once your return has been received.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
