Large Edwardian sterling silver cigarette case of slightly concave form, with rounded corners. Decorated to both sides with alternating plain and engine-turned horizontal bands; the interior is richly gold-plated.
Made by A & J Zimmerman (Arthur & John Zimmerman) and fully hallmarked for Birmingham, 1908.
