A pair of George V sterling silver pedestal Kiddush wine cups with flared rims and ribbed girdles to stems. Engraved all over with wriggle work borders; there is an engraved palm leaf decoration on either side of a large vacant cartouche. Gold-washed interiors both inside the cups and the stepped feet.

Both cups have vacant cartouches, so they can be engraved and personalised as presents.

Made by J Zeving / Joseph Zweig (Culme Directory lists this as Joseph Zweig; the Chester Compendium has it as Samuel Zeving trading as J Zeving). Assayed for London, 1920.
