Beautiful Victorian seal top mechanical propelling pencil. Hexagonal form, fashioned from 9ct rose gold and set with a white agate hardstone seal to top.

Engraved all over with flowerheads, scrolling foliage and other botanical motifs in typical Art Nouveau style.

The pencil is fully functional and still has its lead. The seal top is blank, so this pencil can be engraved as a present.

Made in England, c. 1880s
