Rare Georgian lidded pot pourri vase or incense burner. Decorated in the gilded and hand painted Fence Japan pattern, made by the Mason's factory in the early 19th century.

The vase features an elegant baluster shape and is adorned with two mask head handles on each side. Its lid is embellished with numerous pierced holes and topped with a small knob. Hand-decorated in the Fence Japan motif, the vase showcases exquisite craftsmanship. The pattern boasts vibrant enamels in mazarine blue and burnt orange hues, accented by meticulously hand-painted gilding, creating a stunning visual effect.
