Beautiful Spode porcelain spill vase or matchpot dating from the Georgian period. Painted in bright colours of cobalt blue and burnt orange and richly gilded in the style of Japanese Imari ware, this trumpet shaped vase is decorated with a band of moulded pearls to the base.
