Erik Dennung (1925-2007) was a Danish silversmith who ran a workshop called "Dennung Salvmedie APS" in Friedrichsberg (Frederiksberg) in Copenhagen.
Especially in the 1960s and 1970s, he produced very eye-catching, large jewellery statement pieces in abstract and Modernist style. These heavy pieces required a lot of materials, which is why Dennung primarily chose base metals as the starting material, which he then silver-plated.
