Victorian pair of wall ambrotype photos in gilt brass frames of small children “Bless my heart how cold it is”

A pair of sweet Victorian ambrotypes mounted in gilt brass frames and depicting children. One shows a small girl wrapped up in her winter coat and hand muff and titled "Bless my heart how cold it is". The other photo is of a small boy and girl playing with a spade and bucket on the beach and is titled "A pair of grannies".

Made in England, c. 1890's.

Good antique condition. Small dings to metal and scuffing to reverse commensurate with age; one hook is secured with tape; the "Grannies" cardboard pops out slightly from the frame; the other frame has some fading to the black tint on the glass.
